We select the most beautiful leather skins for this bag every morning from the tannery in Santa Croche, Italy until we have enough for a production run. To select we only buy the most supple, vibrant in color, beautiful in grain, and most important – the leather must be soft enough that it squeaks when you clench it in your fist. Over time this hand painted leather bag will soften and develop a beautiful patina.
